零件的材料为45#钢，由于产量已达到大批生产的水平，而且零件的轮廓尺不大，故可以采用模锻生产或型材制造。若选用型材制造，毛胚加工后所留下的余料较多，浪费较大，但其加工成本便宜。综合考虑工业工程因素的影响，最终我们选用了模锻，这对提高生产效率，保证加工质量也是有利的。（1）确定铸造斜度:铸模斜度不大于5°

夹具设计原则是合理选择定位面，使基准误差尽可能减少，加紧位置合理尽可能用满足要求底的夹紧力，防止工件在加工过程中产生震动，减少加工误差，提高加工精度。

1.定位方案：

设计夹具为进行扩50孔工序夹具，分析，进行扩孔工序，需要限制5个自由度。模具支座地面限制3个自由度为Z向移动，X,Y轴的转动，侧面限制2个自由度为X方向移动和Z轴转动。这样可以是地面和侧面为定位基准，与设计基准重合。无基准不重合、基准偏移误差。综上所述定位面为模具支座地面和底侧面。

2.夹紧点的选择：

选择不同的夹紧点会产生所需不同的加紧力，加紧效果也不同。工程上常采用“点对点”原则。夹紧点靠近加工位置较好。
