A street
In Tianjin, there is a set of famous streets, called “Tianjin Five Old Streets”, including Chengdu road, Chongqing road, Changde road, Dali road and Muna road. Once I went to Beijing to visit some of my friends. Every thing was going fine, until the third day when we were about to leave and visit the GREAT WALL. Last month, the postman didn't deliver the Evening Newspaper for me. It is the four time for him to do such thing. I was angry when I called the postman. It is his duty to deliver the paper on time, but he always has so many excuse. Finally, he told me that I could give up the paper, without saying sorry. I have never seen such a postman at all! The complaints hotline exists in name only. I think if he does not give us a solution, I will complain it to the newspaper office until this issue is resolved. A sports meeting
Last week we had the winter sports meeting in our university. It is held evrey year and lasts for three days. All of the schoolmates need to join. There are so many sport events, including basketball, baseball, table tennis, high jump, long jump, 400-meter race and so on. Some of our classmates got the first prize in this sport meeting. We were all very excited about it. Meanwhile, some of them didn’t get good result, but they didn’t feel sad. They hope to get good result during next one. Now the sport meeting have finished, but we are still training every week for the next.

A musical event that I remembered was a piano concert held at the Tianjin theater. The Tianjin theater is a wonderful place to listen to a piano concert. The concert was a New Year’s event and Chinese pianist Lang Lang played in it. It was held on New Years Eve this year. I really enjoyed this concert because I am a big fan of Lang Lang. He is considered a musical genius in China. It was a good chance for me to see him performing live. His music was so great that I was lost in it during that concert. At the end, when he completed his last piece of the night, Lang Lang received a standing applause. A healthy lifestyle
It is important for us to have a healthy lifestyle. Usually, we do not realize the harm of unhealthy ways untill we get ill. There are many simple ways to have a healthy lifestyle. We can do some activities to keep us healthy, such as walking, running, swimming, climbing, jumping and so on. We should avoid using bikes, buses, cars as much as possible. What we eat has an effect on our body. The healthier the food, the healthier will be our lifestyle. We need vegetables, meat, eggs, peas and beans, rice, fruits and so on. About 3 months ago, I noticed a program, antiques show. I am not sure how to name it in English correctly, but it was really an educational TV program for me and I am really interested in it. China has such a long history, and we have a lot of antiques collected by the public. Many items shown in the program may never be seen anywhere else. When they are handed in to the experts, the experts will tell us what value it is now to us and the market price of it. This TV program, does teach me a lot about the antiques and our history. I like watching it so much.
