conductivity of the main current path of which can be controlled by a control voltageapplied between its control electrode and a connection of the main current path, isconnected with this connection to the circuit input and is connected with its controlelectrode to a supply voltage connection of the circuit, in such a manner that thesemiconductor arrangement changes its state of conductivity when the potential at thecircuit input exceeds the potential at the supply voltage connection connected to thecontrol electrode, the circuit manages with a particularly low supply voltage.
