摘要：The circuit has electrical units (1) that are mechanically connected with eachother by a sealing compound (3). The units have a layer of conductive strips on the side of
the compound, where the strips electrically connect the units with each other. The unitsare counter-sunk in the compound in such a manner that the connections of the units arenot covered by the compound. Blind holes are drilled by laser drilling. An independentclaim is also included for a method of manufacturing an electrical circuit.
