按CTRL + j 打开页面属性对话框。
然后设置背景图像 点击浏览按钮。
也可以用css直接设置

no-repeat 背景不重复，定位在右上角
repeat repeat-X 水平方向重复
repeat repeat-Y 垂直方向重复
