不对。

I asked,"Can I go there?"

冒号：用于正式的引用之前，如Jack said:“It was impossible.”

问号：用于一个直接的问句后，用于特定的问候语后，如How are you?/I beg your pardon?

句号：用于一句话完全结束时，用于表示单词缩写，如Mrs.,Dr.,P.S.等。

撇号’:构成名词所有格，如John’s book,表动词的紧缩，如He’s left.

双引号“”用于引出直接引语，如“Where?”he asked.

感叹号!:用于表感叹和惊叹的陈述中，如What a day!

英语没有冒号，可以用直接引语
I asked," Can I go there?"
或用间接引语I asked if I could go there.
