售 后 服 务 计 划

根据XX公司一贯秉承的追求卓越服务客户使用后,保证客户利益和精神,在产品交付客户使用后,我公司将以持续、有效的服务,保障我们的产品正常运转。为贯彻以上之精神,特制定此售后服务计划。

本计划所定义的服务目标是指我公司代理的产品交付客户使用后,在合同约定的保修期内和虽过保修期间已签定保修协议的产品。

●表示电话回访,如有问题,立即组织技术人员赶赴现场,排除故障。

★表示各月第一个星期,技术人员观场检修、维护。

二、突发故障服务计划
公司的服务部门接到客户的维修电话,应立即填制《售后服务跟踪表》并及时组织技术人员对客户反映的情况进行分析,初步确定处理方案后。本市范围内的业务从接到电话至到做出服务反应不得超过2个小时,如不能解决的24小时内派维修人员赶赴现场,排除故障;外地业务委托当地的代J到商、经销商、办事处按计划执行。如遇到解决不了的技术问题,公司负责处理。如必须由公司派技术人员到现场解决,视路途远近1-3天内到达现场。
注:以上情况,如与客户有另行约定,按约定执行。
