1、意思不同

take out of：指摆脱,脱离

I want to take out of the home work；

take out from：指从...中取出,拿出

He took a book out from his bag

2、所用介词不同

前者所用的介词是from，后者所用的介词是of，所以两者所用介词不同构成不一样的句意

3、介词所用单词形式不同

前者的介词后面这能跟名词，后者可以跟名词也可以跟动词
