我查到的正确用法： Is this your brother? Yes, it is. No, it isn't.
不能说Yes, he is. 也不能说 No， he isn't.
因为句子的主语是this（或that），所以回答的时候用代词it。
如果句子是 Is he your brother? 回答用：Yes, he is. No, he isn't.
